By hiring AEXACORE or submitting a contact form, you agree to these terms. Plain English: we do the work, you own it, you pay the agreed price, and we both act in good faith.
1. About AEXACORE
AEXACORE is a web design and digital services agency based in El Centro, California, operated by Asil Kamepalli. We provide website design, development, and maintenance services for small businesses. These Terms of Service govern all projects and engagements between AEXACORE and its clients.

2. Services
AEXACORE offers the following services:
- Starter Website ($199) — Up to 5 pages, contact form, Google Maps integration, mobile-responsive, live within 7 days
- Pro Website ($399) — Includes online booking, Google Reviews widget, basic SEO setup, all Starter features
- Premium Website ($799+) — Custom scope including e-commerce, AI features, or advanced integrations. Pricing agreed upon before work begins
- Monthly Maintenance ($49/month) — Hosting support, same-day content updates, bug fixes, and technical support
All services are scoped and agreed upon in writing (email confirmation) before work begins. Any features not included in the agreed scope are considered out of scope and may be quoted separately.
3. Payment Terms
All pricing is flat-rate — no hourly billing, no surprises. The agreed price is the final price.
- Payment is due before work begins, or split 50% upfront / 50% at launch — agreed case by case
- Monthly maintenance is billed at the start of each month
- We accept payment via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash
- Work will not begin until initial payment is received
- Late payments (30+ days) may result in suspension of maintenance services
4. Project Timeline
We commit to delivering your website within 7 business days of receiving all required materials (logo, photos, business info, services list). If we miss the agreed launch date due to our own delays, we will continue working at no extra cost until the site is live.
Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, unresponsiveness) extend the timeline accordingly and do not obligate AEXACORE to absorb costs.
5. Revisions
We do not cap revision rounds. Before your site goes live, we will make any reasonable changes you request at no additional charge. "Reasonable" means adjustments to existing content, colors, layout, or copy — not adding entirely new pages or features beyond the original scope.
After launch, revisions are covered under the monthly maintenance plan or quoted separately.
6. Ownership
Upon full payment, you own everything we deliver to you:
- The complete website code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Your domain name (always registered in your name and email)
- Your hosting account
- All content provided by you (logos, photos, copy)
AEXACORE retains the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and demo materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Stock photos or third-party assets (e.g., Unsplash images) used in your site are subject to their respective licenses. We will always use properly licensed assets.
7. Hosting
We deploy websites on free hosting platforms (Netlify or Vercel) at no cost to you. While hosting is free, we recommend purchasing your own domain (~$12/year on Namecheap) which will always be registered under your own email address — not ours.
AEXACORE is not responsible for hosting platform outages, as these are outside our control. Historically, these platforms maintain 99.9%+ uptime.
8. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, we need you to:
- Provide all required content (business info, photos, logo, services) within 3 business days of project start
- Respond to feedback requests within 3 business days
- Designate one point of contact for approvals
- Ensure all content you provide is accurate and that you have rights to use it
9. Limitation of Liability
AEXACORE's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost customers, or business interruption arising from your use of our services or any third-party services we integrate (Google Analytics, Web3Forms, Netlify, etc.).
10. Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time. If you cancel:
- Before work begins: Full refund of any payment made
- After work has begun: Payment for work completed is non-refundable. Any remaining balance is waived
- Monthly maintenance: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in Imperial County, California. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at aexacore.com/terms/ with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
